Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep Time: 1 Hour. Bake Time: 9-11 Min. Makes Approximately 4 Dozen

  • 2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Softened Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1 Cup Almonds Chopped

  1. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl beat together sugars and butter until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla mix slowly until combined. (Do not over mix)
  4. Gradually blend dry ingredients with the creamy mixture. Stir in almonds and chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and chill for 30 min.
  6. Pre heat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit
  7. Drop approximately one tablespoon of chilled dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spacing cookies about 1-2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 min until a light golden brown.
  9. Remove and allow them to cool for approximately 5 min.
  10. Enjoy or store in a sealed container.
